1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to tourdetour.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Roadworthy Productions LLC (“Roadworthy Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Tour Detour is a documentary-style automotive internet series produced by Roadworthy Productions. By accessing or using this Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of the Site
Tour Detour is an internet series that tests automotive myths and internet arguments using real vehicles in real conditions. The Site provides information about the series, its episodes, hosts, and related content. The Site also allows visitors to sign up for our newsletter and to submit general inquiries via a contact form.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Tour Detour is an entertainment series. The activities depicted in the series are conducted by experienced individuals in controlled circumstances. Nothing on this Site or in Tour Detour content should be interpreted as professional automotive advice, safety guidance, or an endorsement of any vehicle, product, or driving behavior. Do not attempt to replicate any activities shown in the series.
10. Limitation of Liability
